Dress & Scent respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect and why.

What we collect

When you order we collect your name, phone number and delivery address, plus your email if you provide one. We use them only to prepare and confirm your order.

If you chat with ARZE, our assistant, we keep the conversation to improve our service. If you leave a name and number, we use them only to reply to you.

We never ask for card or bank details, because payment is cash on delivery.

Who we share it with

We share your address and phone number with the courier, and only in order to deliver your order. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Our site runs on Vercel, our database on Supabase, ARZE is powered by OpenAI, and confirmation emails are sent through Resend.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email bahssoonnader@gmail.com and we will action it.
