Returns & exchanges

Unworn items in their original condition and packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to exchange a piece

Message us on WhatsApp at +961 71 851 391 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo.

We arrange collection and send the replacement. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Fragrances

For hygiene reasons, fragrances cannot be returned once the seal is broken — unless they arrived faulty or damaged, in which case we replace them immediately.
