How do I place an order?
Add the pieces you want to your cart, choose your size and colour, then go to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and confirm — your order is sent straight to our team on WhatsApp, and we will confirm it with you personally.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery. You pay in cash when your order reaches you — we never ask for card details online.
Do you deliver across Lebanon?
Yes, we deliver to every region in Lebanon. Delivery is $3 and free on orders over $100. Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Unworn items in their original condition and packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Opened perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived faulty.
How do I choose the right size?
We follow standard international sizing from XS to XL, and every product page lists the sizes currently in stock. If you are between two sizes we recommend the larger one — or just ask RZ, our assistant, about the specific piece.
How long do your perfumes last?
Our fragrances are eau de parfum concentration, which typically lasts six to eight hours on skin. Applying to pulse points and to moisturised skin makes the scent last noticeably longer.
Are your products authentic?
Every piece we sell is sourced directly and checked by our team before it is dispatched. If anything arrives not as described, contact us and we will make it right.
